8 November was the first day of winter. According to the calendar, it is the beginning of winter, and in terms of temperature, it seems that autumn has finally, somehow, started to arrive.
When you hear the word "Risshuchu", don't you somehow miss nabe (hot pot)? At Ryotei Kinonene, we have started serving nabe gozen (hot pot meals). It is a one-pot dish and uses ingredients that are locally produced for local consumption. Come and try it!
